Beautiful grounds with great pools!

I had a lovely stay, enjoying the beautifully maintained grounds and the multiple stunning pools, perfect for relaxation. The amenities, especially the upscale spa services, really enhanced my experience. However, the dining options could use improvement, as the food quality didn't meet expectations given the price point.

I appreciated how the hotel was just a short walk away from the Eisenhower Walk of Honor and offered us a lovely park view from our room. it really made our city strolls enjoyable and convenient. Single travelers will also find that the property is in close proximity to various dining options like Agave Sunset and Vue Grille and Bar, making it easy to grab a bite after a long day of exploration, but the overall service could use a bit more attention to detail.

Fun family vacation!

We loved the adult pool and spa too. Had some good meals poolside. Just wish the marketplace wasn't such a mess in the mornings—lines were crazy long. Overall, a great spot for families!

grand hyatt has beautiful grounds and multiple stunning pools, perfect for relaxation! the resort is near stunning southern joshua tree and la quinta, and their high-end agua serena spa offers a nice menu of services. the staff is also very customer-focused, which made our stay enjoyable.

I stayed for 1 night in a King Room with Pool View. The grounds are beautiful with multiple fine pools. The amenities are excellent, and I enjoyed the efficient valet service. The staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing! 🌴

We upgraded to a gorgeous villa that was spacious and came with its own private spa, overlooking a serene pond. The multiple pool areas were fine and perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. With very nice breakfast options and a cute vibe all around, it’s a place that captures luxury.

We had an amazing stay! The pools were awesome, especially the kids' area with fun slides, and the lazy river was such a blast for everyone. We also loved the ample supply of towels and toiletries, making our stay super convenient. The food options, especially poolside drinks, were a highlight too! Definitely coming back!

We enjoyed our stay, especially the family room which was spacious and comfortable. The coffee shop provided delicious pastries. However, the pool’s strong chlorine was a disappointment, as it damaged my swimsuit. Future guests should consider bringing swimwear that can withstand chlorine. Overall, a great place for a family vacation!

Checked in quickly and got an upgrade to a spacious room with a great view! We loved the massages at the spa and the heated pool made for a nice evening unwind. The bathroom door could use a good cleaning, but it didn’t take away from our fun experience. 👍
